We focus on responsive communication, careful execution and long-term customer relationships—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Monitoring is available around the clock through our monitoring partner. TriMax itself does not provide 24/7 emergency service. Service work is limited to systems we install, and annual inspections are offered for accounts we monitor.
We can take over monitoring for qualifying existing systems, typically with a new cellular communicator.
